Description
The hiera_include function allows classes to be included without parameters supplied.
It would be convenient to be able to also include parameterized classes (with parameters specified) via Hiera.

I’ve made a few comments in the pull request, mainly asking to have this rebased on master. The feature look awesome and once it’s rebased we can give it a proper review.
