Description

This ticket is intended to capture the high level feature of openstack support for cloud provisioner.

OpenStack nova supports an (almost) EC2 compatible API and Fog supports setting an endpoint for AWS::Compute which should be main difference between the implementations (https://github.com/fog/fog/issues/134)
