Description
If you’re viewing a group or node, and want to edit a parameter, you should be able to do this without switching context to a dedicated “edit” view.
For example, when you hover over a text field, it could turn into an input field. Other implementations could work as well (e.g. double-click to edit).

This will streamline the editing process.
Adding screenshots. Clicking on the parameter value would override the value.

I generally agree, and I need one more thing: when you are done editing several parameters it should be clear which ones you changed, with a Save button that might prompt you to acknowledge the old –> new values.
