Hi,
Eucalyptus is not supporting tags which are used by the puppet cloud provisioner to validate the options.
When trying to filter by tags, eucalyptus is returning and error (HTTP/1.1 412 Precondition Failed).
It could be interesting to not use tags when they are not available
