Description
I think /etc/puppet/modules should be created by the package. Otherwise, I get PMT errors.
puppet module install puppetlabs-pe_gem
Preparing to install into /etc/puppet/modules ...
Error: Could not install module 'puppetlabs-pe_gem' (latest)
Directory /etc/puppet/modules does not exist
