Description
Since the ‘puppet kick’ run mode is being deprecated (#15735), we would like to have something to have a helpful webpage to reference in the deprecation message.
It should explain why it is being deprecated and offer some assistance with setting up the alternative, which in this case is MCollective.

Can we get some kind of update to this? I am sure there are many people who would like to know what hacks we need to get this functionality back.
