exec type should support setting the project on Solaris

Description
The exec type should be able to set the project when running on Solaris, which is done by using the newtask(1) command.
I.e. instead of a plain exec it should do
newtask -p project command ...

This seems to conflict with reinh:tickets/master/3399 and I’m not in the weeds enough to know the best way to resolve the conflict.
