Description

While working on creating a package to automatically setup puppetmaster to run under passenger apache2+mod_ssl requires the certificates and private keys to be available. Using_Passenger suggests to run puppetmaster once which seems to be a workaround.

Being able to run puppet init would be helpful in this use case.
