It woult be great if tidy could ignore files. I mean something like.

tidy {"/var/log": size => "50m", age => "4w", matches => "*", ignore => "messages"; }

Why not make the match ignore certain files?

Ok, that was a bad example. Another one: I am building an local software archive with our self developed software. I use puppet for deployment. The archive has some big files which should be deleted after 4 weeks. I just know the current version of the deployment, so i just want to delete all files in the directory except the current version of the file.
