Description
In the past, the “master” branch had the latest stable release, a meaningful version number, current instructions that told users to use the “master” branch, and emailed release notes that suggested this as well. Now the developers are pushing untested software into “master”, any users that followed the instructions and release notes are now getting broken, untested code that claims to be “1.0.4”. Please stop pushing untested software to “master” so that the documentation and release notes are correct, and announce to the users what happened, and how to either downgrade to the real “1.0.4” or how to get a fixed prerelease of “1.0.5”.
