Description
There’s no existing watchr or autotest file for PMT, and there definitely should be, since it helps development so much.
I’ve added an example file that seems to work.

I’m not convinced that it helps all that much, but it certainly doesn’t hurt.

Moving ticket to Puppet project, as the module tool is now deprecated in favour of the tool located in core.

Since the module tool is now integrated, this becomes a puppet-in-general issue, and I believe Puppet already has spec/watchr.rb.
