lib/facter/iphostnumber.rb defines the “primary IP address” and “primary mac” of a Darwin system, and is redundant to other facts that extract the same thing.
It should go away in favour of the other implementation, and be just a thin alias until we can kill the fact entirely.

These facts are only resolved on the 6.X version of the Darwin kernel (aka Jaguar), circa 2003. Considering we have already said the minimum kernel we support is 8.X (aka Tiger, with Panther in between), I’m removing it with extreme prejudice. There’s no reason to keep this cruft around.
