Description

It would be nice if puppetdb supported additional DB backends, such as Oracle.

This would allow users to leverage their existing infrastructure and skill sets to optimally manage puppetdb. For instance, my employer has a site license for Oracle, as well as many of the Oracle tools — and several full time DBAs to manipulate the DBs and time them together to get the most out of the data they contain.
