Description

There’s interest in the ability to disable PuppetDB update checking support entirely (the current functionality whereby PuppetDB attempts to tell the user what the latest revision is), and it seems like a fairly simple thing to add. Perhaps a specific value for update-server in the config that would result in the check being skipped?
